2012 in review (in which I’m compared to Jay-Z, but 4 times bigger)

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

19,000 people fit into the new Barclays Center to see Jay-Z perform. This blog was viewed about 67,000 times in 2012. If it were a concert at the Barclays Center, it would take about 4 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

  1. Gotta love the randomness. My views were compared to the number of people who climb Mt. Everest. In other words, not many. But I have to wonder what the one has to do with the other…

                1. Well, you wouldn’t be compared to them, but I admit having comments that could be compared to them might be pretty rough.

Maybe the jolly elf has magic teeth. That would make sense, anyway.

  2. I know I appreciated your blog-zample this past year. Not sure how this relates to 2Pac’s sphere, but Jay-Z isn’t bad for now. Mabrouk — your work is paying off, but most importantly, Blessed be He!

  3. Good hussle and well deserved. As with the commentators above, not sure where they pull those point of comparison numbers from.

What are your thoughts?
